Seaside Park, NJ

Stone for a Seaside Park home

Seaside Park is where the boardwalk goes quiet. The boards from Seaside Heights become the Promenade at the town line, the rides and the noise drop away, and from there south it is houses. The north end nearest the Heights is single family homes, duplexes and small condos a few blocks off the beach. The center of town is a grid of tree lined streets where early 1900s Shingle, Craftsman and Queen Anne houses still stand between the bungalows and Cape Cods that came later, and owners here tend to restore rather than replace, which means a modern kitchen fitted into a century old frame. The south end toward Island Beach State Park is where the largest new construction is going in, multi story homes with stacked balconies over a ground floor garage, and the bay side along Southwest Central Avenue and the lagoons is bulkheaded waterfront with the boat tied up out back. We fabricate and install granite, quartz and marble countertops, backsplashes, fireplaces and shower stonework for the restored house and the new one.

We work with Seaside Park homeowners and with the builders and contractors doing the new homes and the restorations here. A new bayfront or south end house means a large island, a full height slab backsplash and stone in several baths, and a restored Queen Anne or a bungalow means templating carefully around original trim in a kitchen that was never large. We handle design help, templating, fabrication and a clean install on both, we plan around the rental calendar when there is one, and our countertop fabrication and installation page shows how a job runs from the first visit to the finished top.

Seaside Park

Old houses, new kitchens

A Seaside Park kitchen might be in a house from the early 1900s, where marble or natural granite suits the age of the home, or in a new bayfront build with room for a wide island and a slab backsplash. Quartz gives a rental or a busy family house a low maintenance surface that still looks right against older millwork. We help you choose stone that fits the house and how it is used.

Good to know

Seaside Park questions

Do you work on older homes in Seaside Park?

Yes. The town has a lot of early 1900s houses and later bungalows, and we are comfortable working in them, where careful templating and the right material choices make all the difference.

Do you work on new construction in Seaside Park?

Yes. We partner with builders and designers on new homes here, on the bay side and at the south end, and fold the countertops and stonework into the build schedule. Reach out early so we can plan templating and install.

Which surface is best for a summer rental?

Quartz is a favorite for rentals because it is non-porous, stain resistant and needs no sealing. Granite is a durable natural option. We match the material to how hard the home is used.

Will you work with our contractor or designer?

Yes. We coordinate directly with your designer or GC on selections, measurements and scheduling so the stonework fits the larger project. If you do not have a contractor, we can handle the installation too.
