These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and services provided by Rye Marble & Granite (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, submitting information through our forms, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Rye Marble & Granite fabricates custom stonework, including countertops, fireplaces, backsplashes, and shower seats and thresholds, in marble, quartz, and granite. Installation services are provided by our affiliated licensed contractor, Build With Konstructit, NJ HIC #13VH13697200, or coordinated with a contractor of your choosing. All work is subject to a written estimate or invoice, material availability, and fabrication lead times.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, or networks.

3. SMS Terms & Conditions

Rye Marble & Granite operates an SMS messaging program. Users must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS communications. By providing your phone number and checking one or both SMS consent checkboxes on our website forms, you agree to receive the corresponding SMS messages from Rye Marble & Granite. Non-marketing messages include appointment reminders, measurement and template scheduling, and installation updates. Marketing messages include promotional offers and seasonal specials. Each category is opted into separately.

4. Estimates & Payments

All estimates are subject to final field measurements and templates and may change based on actual site conditions, material availability, slab selection, and scope changes. Payment terms and deposits will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.

5. Natural Stone & Installation

Natural stone varies from slab to slab. Color, veining, and movement in the material you receive will differ from samples, photographs, and showroom displays, and such variation is a characteristic of the product, not a defect. Seam placement, edge details, and cutout locations are determined during templating. Installation requires a site that is ready for stone, including cabinetry that is installed, level, and secure. We will walk through site requirements with you before your installation date.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rye Marble & Granite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to us for the applicable products or services, except as required by law.

7. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
