Long Beach Island has been rebuilding itself for most of the last decade. Vacant land ran out long ago, so a new house on LBI usually starts with an older cottage coming down, and what replaces it is a home raised up with the garage tucked underneath and the living space and kitchen moved upstairs for the water view. The scale of that changes as you drive Long Beach Boulevard. Loveladies and North Beach are big lots and bold contemporary homes, Harvey Cedars and Barnegat Light mix cedar shake cottages with new builds fitted onto what little land is left, Surf City, Ship Bottom and the Brant Beach to Holgate stretch of Long Beach Township are where the classic duplexes on 50 by 100 lots are being kept, split or replaced, and Beach Haven holds its Queen Anne and Shingle Style Victorians in the historic district while the streets around them turn over. We fabricate and install granite, quartz and marble countertops, backsplashes, fireplaces and shower stonework for the new builds and the older kitchens alike.
We work with owners across Long Beach Township and the island boroughs, and with the builders and designers doing the rebuilds.
